Anita Barone
Barone was Gail Cunningham in The Shoes in Seinfeld season 4. She played a cook named Elaine Benes who wanted shoes. In the early 1990s, Barone was a regular in the show Carol & Company alongside Carol Burnett. Barone played Carol Willick Ross Geller's ex-wife on the show's first Friends appearance. Jane Sibbett replaced her after she resigned to start a full-time position. She was a part of The Jeff Foxworthy Show's first season from 1995 to 1996 and The War at Home, from 2005-2007. Barone was a co-star on Daddio (2000). Her television credits comprise Desperate women Curb Your Enthuasm Quantum Leap Empty Nest Chicago Hope Castle Do Not Disturb Ally McBeal Caroline and the City Party of Five The Larry Sanders Show. Barone was awarded the Methodfest Best Supporting Actress Award 2005 in 2004 for her performance in the feature film One Last Ride. Three years later, following the time that The War at Home ended the film's run, Barone started her role as a recurring character for the Disney Channel sitcom Shake It Up as officer Georgia Jones the mother of Bella Thorne's character CeCe Jones. Matthew Glave, Barone's actor husband was a guest on 2 episodes on Shake It Up in the role of J.J. Jones.
